Join me for a two hour introduction to yoga. In this fun, instructional workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of vinyasa, movement and breath. I will introduce simple alignment principles that will prepare you to address your own individual needs, helping you to cultivate a yoga practice rich in confidence, safety and authenticity. Let’s take the intimidation out of yoga, have fun and learn how to bring the best out of yourself with this supportive, balancing practice. In this workshop you will:
• Create stable foundation in your yoga postures
• Find out how to use props to support your practice
• Learn pranayama (breathing techniques) to reduce stress and create energy
