Class is unheated, but you will definitely sweat (towel recommended) as you build internal heat with variations on sun salutations that will elevate your heart rate. Feel open and invigorated as you move through this fast-paced practice. As always, modifications are encouraged for beginners while experienced practitioners are encouraged to play to their edge.

This class for teens and young adults with special needs (ages 14 - 21) is challenging and safe. Students will learn a series of Ashtanga poses while gaining fluency, familiarity, and confidence. Set to ambient music, students will enjoy expressing themselves through the movement of yoga. Parents and caregivers are welcome to take class, drop off, or stay.

Private sessions are scheduled for a 1 hour duration, longer sessions available upon request. Group private yoga sessions available for two or more.
