Provides informative instruction on the basics while building strength and skill. Learn sun salutations, foundation yoga postures and shapes, and the importance of connecting with the breath. Suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience who can benefit from revisiting essential alignment, flow, and breath-work principles.  Class is unheated.

Class is unheated, but you will definitely sweat (towel recommended) as you build internal heat with variations on sun salutations that will elevate your heart rate. Work your strength and flexibility with standing postures that build to a peak pose. Modifications are encouraged for beginners while experienced practitioners are encouraged to play to their edge.

True Form Adaptive Yoga

Thurs: 4:30 - 5:15p

This class for teens and young adults with special needs (ages 14 - 21) is challenging and safe. Students will learn a series of Ashtanga poses while gaining fluency, familiarity, and confidence. Set to pop sounds, students will enjoy expressing themselves through the movement of yoga. Parents are welcome to take class, drop off, or stay.
